At Barakat Optical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear, original case, cleaning cloth, and all authenticity certificates back into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
